1. About kiddo.ge

kiddo.ge is a platform that connects families to buy, sell, and give away new and pre-owned children’s items. We act solely as an intermediary—we do not sell products, process payments, or deliver goods.

2. Accounts

You must register and verify your email and phone to post listings or make/receive offers. You are responsible for the accuracy of your listings and for your conduct on the platform.

3. Listings

Listings must be lawful, accurately described, and must not include prohibited items — in particular feeding items (bottles, formula, food) and medications or medical items. We may remove listings that violate these rules.

4. Transactions

All transactions, payments and delivery are arranged directly between users. kiddo.ge is not a party to any transaction and is not responsible for the quality, safety, or legality of items, or for the conduct of users.

5. Liability

The platform is provided “as is”. To the maximum extent permitted by law, kiddo.ge is not liable for any loss arising from use of the service or from dealings between users.

6. Changes

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the service constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
